DELIVERY<\/span><\/h2>

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED STATES ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.<\/p>

Items can only be delivered after receipt of payment, to the address specified by the customer. <\/span>Packages are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering.<\/span><\/p>

Delivery method<\/strong><\/h3>

Shipments to FRANCE are processed via La Poste via its COLISSIMO service.<\/span><\/p>

Shipments to the UNITED KINGDOM and IRELAND are processed by CHRONOPOST.<\/span><\/p>

Shipments to EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL are processed by CHRONOPOST.<\/span><\/p>

    Terms of delivery<\/strong><\/h3>

    We ask that you do not receive a damaged package (envelopes or cardboard with visible traces of opening and\/or deterioration): it must be refused.     LES OURS will then issue a credit, or a refund of the defective Product (s), or the reshipment of the missing product (subject to the validity of the Buyer's request).<\/span><\/p>
